This is a White Paper Tape, Where you can write, draw or stamp on it.
This can also be used as the background of the washi tape, where when the washi is too transparent and you have a strong color background design making the Character blend in. You can use this by sticking the washi on it, before sticking it on the Design you have. Please ask first before buying if your not clear para saan. Thank you!
