Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA):

• All pre-orders are estimated to arrive 1.5 months after the order deadline.
• PRE-MADE PRE-ORDERS may have different ETAs, which will be announced separately.

Payments:

• Payments are due upon item arrival.
• No down payment is required unless otherwise specified.
• An invoice will be issued upon item arrival.

Stock Availability:

• Items may be out of stock.

Payment Methods (MOP):

• BDO
• BPI
• Metrobank
• Shopee Customized Link (for affordable shipping fees and COD, not applicable to items requiring a down payment)

Late Shipping & Payments:

• Late shipping or shipping with the next pre-order is allowed, but payment must be made in advance.
• Payments must be made within 1 week of receiving the invoice.
• Failure to pay or respond without a valid reason will result in being banned from the group and having your name publicly announced on "JOY PRESERVERS."

Packaging:

• We reserve the right to modify packaging or remove information that may harm our business. Back labels may be removed, and QR codes or websites may be covered.

Half Rolls:

• Half rolls incur an additional fee of 20 pesos.
• We cannot guarantee core requests.

What is a PRE-MADE PRE-ORDER?

• This is a pre-order for items not yet made, printed, or produced.
• It takes longer than usual pre-orders, typically 3-5 months.
